Senior Manager, Network Operations

What you'll do

• Lead a team of network and software engineers through infrastructure modernization and cloud-native transitions.
• Manage the migration from physical data centers to AWS-based cloud networking architecture.
• Implement automation using Terraform and infrastructure-as-code to reduce manual operations.
• Maintain 99.999% uptime for both cloud networks and physical Points of Presence (POPs).
• Oversee corporate network infrastructure, including Cisco Meraki systems and global office connectivity.
• Manage vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service level agreements with providers like Equinix.
• Resolve complex technical issues across hybrid environments involving Cisco switches and Palo Alto firewalls.

What we're looking for

• You must have 7+ years of network engineering experience in production environments and at least 3 years leading technical teams.
• You must be a Cisco expert proficient in switching platforms and routing protocols like BGP and OSPF.
• You must have experience architecting and managing Palo Alto Networks firewall deployments.
• You must possess deep knowledge of AWS cloud networking, including VPCs, Transit Gateways, Direct Connect, CloudFront, and Route53.
• You must be experienced with infrastructure-as-code using Terraform and have a strong foundation in network automation and scripting.
• You must have a track record of maintaining high-availability networks at 99.9%+ uptime.
• You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or possess equivalent hands-on experience.
• Experience in payments/finance, PCI-DSS compliance, or certifications like CCIE, CCNP, PCNSE, and AWS Advanced Networking are preferred.
