Senior Manager, Network Security

What you'll do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of network security engineers, analysts, and technical leads.
• Define the enterprise network security roadmap aligned with business objectives and cybersecurity strategy.
• Oversee the design, implementation, and support of firewalls, secure access solutions, and threat prevention platforms.
• Manage firewall policy governance, rule lifecycle management, and security policy optimization initiatives.
• Establish operational standards, engineering practices, and service management processes for network security.
• Drive automation and infrastructure-as-code initiatives to improve network security performance.
• Manage staffing, budgeting, vendor relationships, and strategic planning activities.
• Ensure security architectures support scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance across cloud and on-premises environments.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in network engineering, network security, or network architecture roles.
• 3+ years of proven management experience.
• Working knowledge of Cisco and Palo Alto networking technologies.
• Expertise in technologies including Prisma Access, Panorama, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA, and microsegmentation.
• Experience with vendor/contract management and supporting distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Familiarity with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS Controls, or ISO 27001.
• Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCNP Security, or PCNSE are preferred.
