Senior Manager, Master Data Management & Reference Data

What you'll do

• Serve as the data engagement lead for an assigned business function to deliver measurable data improvements.
• Co-develop and execute enterprise MDM and Reference Data roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
• Lead MDM and Reference Data initiatives across customer, product, supplier, material, study, and organizational data.
• Establish governance processes, data standards, stewardship responsibilities, and quality controls for enterprise data.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of Reltio MDM capabilities including data onboarding and hierarchy management.
• Advance semantic and terminology management capabilities using platforms such as SciBite or TopQuadrant.
• Partner with architecture, engineering, and governance teams to deliver scalable and compliant data solutions.
• Lead internal delivery teams and external partners while communicating progress and risks to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry with an understanding of regulated business processes and data standards.
• Experience with Reltio MDM and/or ontology and terminology management platforms such as SciBite or TopQuadrant.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience.
• Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience.
• Associate degree and 10 years of Information Systems experience.
