Senior Manager, Master Data Management & Reference Data

What you'll do

• Serve as the data engagement lead for assigned business functions to deliver measurable data improvements.
• Co-develop and execute enterprise MDM and Reference Data roadmaps aligned with strategic initiatives.
• Lead MDM and Reference Data initiatives across critical domains like customer, product, supplier, and material data.
• Establish governance processes, data standards, stewardship responsibilities, and quality controls for enterprise data.
• Manage the implementation and enhancement of Reltio MDM capabilities including onboarding, matching, and integration.
• Enhance enterprise Reference Data capabilities through data enrichment, workflows, and governance.
• Advance semantic and terminology management using platforms like SciBite or TopQuadrant to standardize terminology.
• Lead internal delivery teams and external partners while communicating progress and risks to senior leadership.

What we're looking for

• Experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry including knowledge of regulated business processes and data standards.
• Experience with Reltio MDM and/or ontology and terminology management platforms like SciBite or TopQuadrant.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional data initiatives across business and technology teams.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of data governance, data quality, metadata management, and FAIR data principles.
• A Doctorate degree and 2 years of Information Systems experience.
• A Master’s degree and 6 years of Information Systems experience.
• A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Information Systems experience.
