Senior Manager, IT Finance

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of finance and boundary applications to ensure stability, scalability, and business alignment.
• Drive end-to-end delivery for system enhancements, new implementations, and full lifecycle management.
• Serve as the primary system owner for key applications, providing governance and continuous improvement.
• Lead vendor coordination, including performance management, issue resolution, and roadmap alignment.
• Partner with Finance teams to translate business needs into actionable system capabilities and solutions.
• Oversee program planning and execution for multiple concurrent initiatives while managing risks and dependencies.
• Own the BlackLine platform, including account reconciliations, support models, and best practice adoption.
• Ensure seamless integration between boundary applications and core platforms like SAP S/4HANA.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's Degree and Eight Years’ Experience OR Masters' Degree and Six Years’ Experience OR Ph.D.
• Experience with BlackLine (Account Reconciliations), OneSource Tax, and SAP-integrated tools (preferred).
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA finance integrations (preferred).
• Experience working in Life Sciences or regulated environments (preferred).
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as SOX (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• 8–12+ years of experience supporting finance systems, enterprise applications, or ERP environments (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience managing programs, vendors, and cross-functional teams (preferred).
