IT Financial Compliance Senior Manager

What you'll do

• Design and maintain IT infrastructure controls including environment segregation, access pathways, and configuration baselines.
• Assess new systems and cloud platforms to identify control gaps and define remediation actions.
• Lead IT SOX readiness and integration efforts for new acquisitions and product launches.
• Manage IT change management and production access governance, including approvals and rollback procedures.
• Map end-to-end data flows for financial reporting to ensure completeness and accuracy of data pipelines.
• Execute and oversee testing of IT general controls and coordinate remediation with engineering teams.
• Prepare control documentation, process narratives, and audit evidence for internal and external audits.
• Identify opportunities to automate control execution and evidence collection across the organization.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in IT audit, IT risk, IT compliance, infrastructure engineering, or a related field.
• Strong exposure to SOX IT general controls and application controls.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), networking, identity and access management, and modern deployment practices.
• Hands-on experience with change management processes, version control workflows, ticketing systems, and release management.
• Experience designing or testing controls over data pipelines, including transformations, reconciliations, and monitoring.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams to implement practical control solutions and explain technical requirements.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and project management skills to manage multiple initiatives and deadlines.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills with experience working with external auditors and senior stakeholders.
