Senior Manager, Infrastructure Protection Operations

What you'll do

• Manage and mentor a team of infrastructure security professionals to ensure high performance and accountability.
• Oversee the end-to-end vulnerability management program, including scanning, patching, and remediation across all devices.
• Manage endpoint security by overseeing EDR solutions, device hardening, and configuration compliance.
• Direct network and application security operations, including firewall policy enforcement and monitoring of cloud infrastructure.
• Ensure operational compliance with enterprise policies and manage evidence collection for internal and external audits.
• Coordinate secure builds to ensure new systems and services meet "secure-by-default" standards and recovery requirements.
• Oversee privileged access management (PAM) operations, including credential vaulting and regular account rotations.
• Maintain disaster recovery readiness for all security tools and infrastructure components.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure security, operations, or systems administration.
• At least 3 years of experience in a people leadership role such as team lead, supervisor, or manager.
• ITIL 4 Certification completed or ability to complete within 90 days of employment.
• Technical expertise in vulnerability management, endpoint security, network security operations, and infrastructure protection.
• Deep understanding of security frameworks and compliance requirements such as CIS benchmarks, NIST CSF, and ISO 27001.
