Director of GMP IT Operations, Infrastructure Architecture

What you'll do

• Define and lead IT/OT infrastructure architecture for hyper-converged systems, networking, and wireless technologies.
• Design and document infrastructure architecture across networking, compute, and security domains.
• Oversee data center operations, network services, telecom, and asset management to ensure reliable infrastructure operation.
• Build and maintain scalable, secure wireless networks and robust security measures for industrial and enterprise needs.
• Apply security frameworks like NIST CSF or ISO 27001 to maintain compliance in a regulated GxP environment.
• Manage service providers to ensure high-quality delivery aligned with established SLAs and performance metrics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse technical team across Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network functions.
• Develop and implement Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning for the organization.

What we're looking for

• BS/BA in Information Technology or a related field.
• 10 years of progressively more responsible experience, including 8 years of management experience and 3 years in an FDA-regulated environment.
• 12 years of progressively more responsible experience, including 10 years of management experience and 4 years in an FDA-regulated environment.
• Hands-on experience designing and documenting infrastructure architecture across networking, compute, and security domains.
• Demonstrated experience with security frameworks such as NIST CSF, IEC 62443, or ISO 27001 in regulated environments.
• Experience managing diverse technical teams and vendors, including Helpdesk, Desktop, Server, and Network staff.
• Experience with Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.
• Knowledge of IT compliance guidelines including PIC/S, 21 CFR Part 11, Annex 11, and GAMP (preferred).
