What you'll do

Lead, mentor, and grow a globally distributed team of senior research engineers in endpoint internals and machine learning.
Own the product roadmap by deciding where to invest in visibility and protection engines across millions of endpoints.
Coordinate with product managers to define requirements and ensure high-quality features meet release timelines.
Direct the team's machine learning work, including model development, training data quality, and telemetry features.
Drive cross-platform protection parity across Windows, macOS, and Linux while managing platform vendor relationships.
Represent the team externally by supporting engineers in publishing research and speaking at industry conferences.
Review technical designs and code to ensure they meet high standards for efficacy, performance, and stability.

What we're looking for

Experience managing senior technical individual contributors on a globally distributed team.
Substantial hands-on experience as a security researcher analyzing TTPs and building protections at scale.
Deep knowledge of operating system internals in both kernel and user mode, specifically for Windows, macOS, and Linux.
Hands-on experience in reverse engineering and malware analysis to evaluate research findings and threat investments.
Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools to accelerate feature development and debug systems.
Ability to manage product roadmaps, including balancing efficacy, performance, and stability for large-scale deployments.
