Senior Manager, Infrastructure Operations and Compliance

What you'll do

• Lead and manage two teams focused on infrastructure operations and security compliance across 750+ global data centers.
• Manage 24/7 incident response for network outages, hardware failures, and facility issues across multiple time zones.
• Oversee the end-to-end decommissioning lifecycle including physical asset destruction, vendor management, and evidence collection.
• Ensure continuous audit readiness for compliance frameworks including SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, ISMAP, and IRAP.
• Manage physical access control systems, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and regular access review cycles.
• Drive the development of automated tools and AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual operational tasks.
• Negotiate with global vendors and manage contracts for hardware repairs, circuit management, and asset disposal.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for GRC leads and executive stakeholders regarding infrastructure compliance.

What we're looking for

• 7+ years of experience in infrastructure, data center, or network operations with at least 3 years in a people management role.
• Demonstrated experience managing managers and holding multiple teams accountable to operational SLAs simultaneously.
• Direct experience with physical data center operations including hardware lifecycle management, decommissioning, and colocation vendor management.
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or FedRAMP at an operational level.
• Proven track record of driving operational efficiency through process redesign or automation adoption.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical details into executive-level reporting.
• Experience managing 24x7 on-call operations teams (preferred).
• Export control laws, including the U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
