Senior Manager, Core Infrastructure Engineering

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a high-performing engineering organization while ensuring the professional growth of individual engineers.
• Oversee software architecture, development, debugging, and enhancement activities to deliver resilient and scalable solutions.
• Define and execute technology roadmaps for compute developer efficiency and AI initiatives aligned with company priorities.
• Manage operational support structures, including on-call rotations and leading incident resolution and post-mortem analysis.
• Communicate forward-looking plans and project outcomes to leadership and stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Execute hiring plans and identify new talent to meet organizational growth goals.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10 years of engineering experience.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience as a people manager.
• Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or relevant certifications in project/program management are preferred.
• Must possess a hands-on technical background in software development, cloud technologies, infrastructure automation, and cloud compute systems.
• Must demonstrate the ability to define and execute strategic and operational roadmaps for technical organizations.
• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Must be proficient in distributed systems, stakeholder management, system design, and technical leadership.
