Senior Manager HR Business Partner, FS Servicing

What you'll do

• Partner with executive leaders to design and execute talent strategies aligned with business imperatives.
• Lead complex organizational design and capacity planning for large associate populations.
• Facilitate rigorous talent reviews, performance calibrations, and succession planning to build leadership pipelines.
• Use data and feedback to diagnose friction points and implement frontline retention strategies.
• Leverage AI tools and workforce analytics to modernize HR execution and advise on upskilling roadmaps.
• Build proactive talent mobility frameworks, including career pathing and targeted hiring strategies.
• Translate complex talent insights into persuasive business narratives for executive decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions for recruitment, compensation, and learning.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification.
• At least 5 years of client facing experience, consulting experience, or a combination thereof.
• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience (preferred).
• MBA or Master’s degree (preferred).
• Professional Human Resources Certification, Senior Professional Human Resources certification, or coaching certification (preferred).
• 7+ years of client facing experience or 7+ years of consulting experience or a combination (preferred).
• 6+ years of experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Consulting (preferred).
