Senior Director, HR Business Partnering

What you'll do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the CRO and global Sales leadership to drive scalable revenue growth and market expansion.
• Use data-driven insights to influence decisions regarding organizational design, talent strategy, and leadership effectiveness.
• Manage and develop a global team of HR Business Partners while providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Drive high-performance culture through disciplined goal-setting, continuous feedback, and performance calibration across regions.
• Identify, develop, and retain top talent while managing succession planning for critical roles in the global Sales organization.
• Provide executive coaching to senior leaders to improve their influence, decision-making, and people leadership capabilities.
• Lead large-scale organizational design initiatives to ensure the company structure supports accountability and scalability.
• Act as a culture carrier by embedding company values into daily decisions and employee engagement programs.

What we're looking for

• Must have 12+ years of HR experience.
• Must have 8+ years of experience in senior HRBP roles.
• Must have at least 4+ years of experience leading a team of HRBPs.
• Proven success leading people strategy and organizational transformation in high-growth technology companies.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of Go-To-Market operations and strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and drive change across complex global organizations.
• Ability to use data and analytics to guide decisions and measure impact.
• Experience in the consumption model is preferred.
