What you'll do

Build and ship scalable AI/ML solutions and architecture for the mobile app.
Develop, train, evaluate, and validate machine learning and NLP models through all development phases.
Adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications and features.
Operationalize models into scalable and resilient production systems serving over 80 million customers.
Leverage technologies like PyTorch, AWS Ultraclusters, Hugging Face, and LangChain to analyze large datasets.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging generative AI technologies to create next-generation customer experiences.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience.
A Master's degree in a quantitative field or MBA with a quantitative concentration plus 5 years of data analytics experience.
A PhD in a quantitative field plus 2 years of data analytics experience.
At least 2 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
At least 2 years of experience working with machine learning.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
PhD in a STEM field (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience with machine learning (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience with SQL (preferred).
Experience working with AWS (preferred).
