What you'll do

Build, train, and evaluate machine learning and NLP models from design through production.

Utilize a broad tech stack including PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, and VectorDBs to analyze large datasets.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical work into tangible business goals.
Research and implement emerging generative AI technologies and state-of-the-art methods.
Operationalize models in scalable and resilient production systems serving millions of customers.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's in a quantitative field with 7 years of data analytics experience, a Master's with 5 years, or a PhD with 2 years.
Requires at least 2 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
Requires at least 2 years of experience working with machine learning.
Requires at least 2 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
Must have expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience training Large Language Models (LLMs).
Must have experience building, training, and operationalizing models in scalable production systems.
Preferred: PhD in a STEM field.
Preferred: At least 5 years of experience with Python, Scala, or R and 5 years of experience with SQL.
