What you'll do

Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for mobile app features and digital assistant interactions.
Research and implement emerging generative AI technologies to create next-generation customer experiences.
Act as a subject matter expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs).
Manage the full machine learning lifecycle including design, training, evaluation, and validation of models.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models into resilient production systems serving millions of customers.
Analyze large volumes of numeric and textual data using tools like PyTorch, Hugging Face, and VectorDBs.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 7 years of data analytics experience, or a Master's/MBA with 5 years, or a PhD with 2 years.
At least 2 years of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
At least 2 years of experience working with machine learning.
At least 2 years of experience utilizing relational databases.
Experience in training language models or large computer vision models, including expertise in areas like RLHF or training optimization.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
PhD in a STEM field (preferred).
At least 5 years of experience with Python, Scala, or R; at least 5 years with machine learning; and at least 5 years with SQL (preferred).
