What you'll do

Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for mobile app features and digital assistant interactions.
Research and implement generative AI technologies to create next-generation customer experiences.
Build, train, evaluate, and validate NLP models using Large Language Models (LLMs).
Utilize a broad tech stack including PyTorch, AWS, Hugging Face, and VectorDBs to analyze large datasets.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize machine learning models into resilient production systems.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and implement state-of-the-art methods in training optimization, self-supervised learning, and RLHF.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's in a quantitative field plus 6 years of data analytics experience, a Master's plus 4 years, or a PhD plus 1 year.
Requires at least 1 year of experience leveraging open source programming languages for large scale data analysis.
Requires at least 1 year of experience working with machine learning.
Requires at least 1 year of experience utilizing relational databases.
Must have expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and experience training, fine-tuning, and evaluating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Preferred candidates should have a PhD in a STEM field.
Preferred candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with Python, Scala, or R.
Preferred candidates should have at least 4 years of experience with machine learning and SQL.
