What you'll do

Develop and deploy scalable AI/ML solutions for mobile app features and digital assistant interactions.
Research and implement emerging generative AI technologies to create next-generation customer experiences.
Act as a subject matter expert in Natural Language Processing (NLP) to adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs).
Build machine learning models through all phases of development, including design, training, evaluation, and validation.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models into resilient production systems serving millions of customers.
Analyze large volumes of numeric and textual data using tools like PyTorch, Hugging Face, and VectorDBs.
Translate complex technical findings into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of experience performing data analytics.
Alternatively, must have a Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Preferred candidates hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM field.
At least 2 years of experience with Python, Scala, or R.
At least 2 years of experience with machine learning.
At least 2 years of experience with SQL.
Experience working with AWS and other cloud computing platforms.
Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs), and training/fine-tuning models.
