What you'll do

Build and ship scalable AI/ML solutions for the mobile app using Pytorch, AWS, and Hugging Face.
Adapt and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for customer-facing applications and features.
Develop machine learning and NLP models through all phases of design, training, evaluation, and validation.
Partner with engineering teams to operationalize models in scalable production systems serving 80+ million customers.
Extract insights from large volumes of numeric and textual data using VectorDBs and LangChain.
Translate complex technical work into tangible business goals for non-technical stakeholders.
Research and evaluate emerging generative AI technologies to create next-generation customer experiences.

What we're looking for

Have a Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field plus 2 years of data analytics experience.
Have a Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration.
Have experience training language models or large computer vision models.
Have expertise in training optimization, self-supervised learning, explainability, or RLHF.
Have an engineering mindset with a track record of delivering models at scale for training and inference.
Have experience delivering libraries, platforms, or solution-level code to existing products.
Have experience working with AWS (preferred).
Have at least 2 years of experience in Python, Scala, or R (preferred).
Have at least 2 years of experience with machine learning (preferred).
Have at least 2 years of experience with SQL (preferred).
