What you'll do

Guide teams in designing fault-tolerant, in-service-upgradable systems with defined SLO-aligned durability and availability targets.
Direct the development of telemetry, complex dashboards, and alerting mechanisms to monitor system health and performance.
Oversee proactive incident management, operational readiness protocols, and on-call support rotations.
Ensure robust security measures including encryption, access control, and compliance documentation for multi-tenant environments.
Oversee the development of automation scripts and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud infrastructure.
Manage large-scale projects by setting priorities, tracking timelines, and coordinating cross-functional partnerships.

What we're looking for

Must have 10+ years of experience.
Proficiency in Java and REST APIs is required.
Experience with distributed systems, high availability systems, and system design is required.
Expertise in automation, CI/CD tools, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is required.
Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is required.
Skills in project management, technical leadership, and cross-functional team leadership are required.
Knowledge of security, compliance, and operational improvement is required.
