What you'll do

  • Lead the strategy, stewardship, and evolution of DAM metadata and taxonomy frameworks to ensure content discoverability and compliance.
  • Coordinate content ingestion with brand teams to ensure assets meet quality, rights, and metadata requirements for global activation.
  • Drive platform adoption through engagement programs, training, and initiatives that build user confidence in daily operations.
  • Monitor platform usage and performance analytics to identify optimization opportunities and demonstrate value to stakeholders.
  • Align metadata standards and data models across integrated MarTech and enterprise systems to ensure seamless content workflows.
  • Streamline upload, tagging, and distribution processes in collaboration with product management and technology teams.
  • Track and prioritize platform enhancements based on user feedback, business needs, and emerging technology trends.
  • Propose innovative solutions using AI and other emerging technologies for automated content classification and tagging.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Information Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Digital Asset Management, Digital Rights Management, MarTech, Content Supply Chain, content operations, or data architecture roles.
  • Experience with Adobe platforms (preferred).
  • Proven expertise in managing and evolving metadata models, taxonomies, and content classification systems for large-scale digital ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success in driving adoption of digital systems through engagement, training, and enablement programs.
  • Strong experience in metadata modeling, taxonomy design, and schema governance for digital content systems.
  • Ability to translate complex data and content requirements into user-friendly frameworks.
  • Authorized to work.
