Senior Manager, Content & Digital Experience Capabilities – Solution Architecture & Engineering serves as a technical lead for content and digital platforms while overseeing the Marketing AI platform. Architect and deliver solution architectures for content platforms and the Marketing AI platform using Python, Node.js, and various cloud services.
Lead the end-to-end migration of the Marketing AI platform from Azure to AWS including service mapping and data migration.
Build and deploy agentic AI applications for marketing tasks like content generation and audience segmentation using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
Manage DevOps and cloud infrastructure by designing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and container orchestration.
Ensure platform security, compliance, and cost optimization through IAM management, encryption, and resource monitoring.
Develop full-stack components including microservices, event-driven architectures, and frontend elements using React.js and TypeScript.
Integrate the Marketing AI platform with external systems like Veeva, AEM, and CRM via APIs and middleware.
Lead proof-of-concept projects for agentic marketing use cases and scale successful pilots into production environments.
What we're looking for
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
8+ years of hands-on IT engineering and architecture experience.
6+ years of experience as a technical architect or lead engineer for content, digital, and/or AI platforms.
4-5 years of backend engineering experience building production-grade APIs, microservices, and data pipelines using Python, Node.js, or Java.
4-5 years of hands-on DevOps and AWS cloud infrastructure experience including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK), and container orchestration.
Experience with AI/ML and GenAI technologies including Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
Proficiency in full-stack development including React.js, TypeScript, and both relational and NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with the Pharmaceutical Industry and experience with MarTech ecosystems is preferred.
