JOB TITLE: Full Stack AI Engineer, Clinical Engineering & Operations
The Manager, Full Stack Engineer joins an AI-first, agile product team supporting Global Development Operations. This role involves designing, building, and operating AI-native products where large language models and agentic workflows are the default approach to solving business problems. You will develop production-grade Generative and Agentic AI solutions, maintaining LLM-native systems with human-in-the-loop patterns and continuous monitoring. Key responsibilities include building secure, scalable applications and managing a portfolio of SaaS and in-house software. You will utilize Python, React, Java, Node JS, and TypeScript alongside frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, and AWS Bedrock. Technical skills include REST APIs, FastAPI, SQL/NoSQL, and TensorFlow or PyTorch. The role focuses on automating clinical and operational workflows while ensuring compliance with data governance and security standards in a regulated environment.
