What you'll do
- Build, maintain, and improve the web-based digital experience platform including site maintenance and bug fixes.
- Develop responsive, accessible websites and applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js.
- Create reusable front-end components for mobile-friendly layouts and dynamic UI behaviors.
- Optimize front-end performance regarding page load speed, asset management, and caching.
- Translate business requirements from product managers into scalable technical solutions.
- Manage features end-to-end through development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Integrate front-end code with APIs, content services, and CMS platforms.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of software development experience in an agile environment.
- Expertise in front-end fundamentals including HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
- Proficiency in React.js for building UI components and single-page applications.
- Experience with Node.js for server-side scripting, build tooling, and API integration.
- Hands-on experience maintaining production websites using Git, cross-browser testing, and debugging.
- At least 1 year of experience contributing to product planning or product management.
- Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
