Senior Manager CE Retail Deployment & Installation

What you'll do

• Direct the planning, staging, and physical installation of retail merchandising fixtures and interactive displays across national retail channels.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of seasonal resets and new product launches to ensure floor readiness for marketing campaigns.
• Oversee field prototyping and time-and-motion studies to validate fixture construction quality and installation efficiency before mass deployment.
• Manage relationships, contracts, and performance metrics for third-party fabrication partners, logistics providers, and national labor agencies.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for resolving field-level issues such as hardware shortages or store access restrictions.
• Oversee the deployment budget, including purchase order administration, invoice reconciliation, and variance reporting.
• Utilize digital platforms to track real-time installation progress, survey photos, and store-level sign-offs.
• Conduct post-installation compliance audits to ensure visual merchandising standards are met across all retail locations.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in retail deployment, visual merchandising operations, project management, or fixture construction.
• PMP or formal Project Management certification is preferred.
• Proven track record managing multi-site rollout programs in Consumer Electronics, Major Appliances, or big-box retail environments.
• In-depth knowledge of retail store operations, fixture installations, and electrical/digital signage integration across major U.S. retailers.
• Experience directing third-party labor workforces and logistics providers at a national scale.
• Advanced proficiency in project management software, data analysis tools like Excel or Power BI, and retail audit platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple overlapping projects while ensuring high attention to detail and execution rigor.
