Manager – DA POP & Merchandising Execution

What you'll do

• Manage the full lifecycle of Point-of-Purchase programs from creative development through production and field installation.
• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to produce signage, interactive displays, and other retail marketing assets.
• Oversee the execution of merchandising initiatives including new product launches, seasonal resets, and permanent installations.
• Manage multi-million-dollar budgets and process purchase orders using SAP systems to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate distribution schedules and track installation compliance across national retail accounts and branded spaces.
• Monitor real-time field reports to verify on-shelf availability and the functionality of display hardware.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal departments, external vendors, and retail partners for all project communications.
• Create executive-level reports regarding project tracking, risk assessments, and post-launch performance metrics.

What we're looking for

• Must have 6+ years of experience in retail merchandising, POP production, fixture design, or related DA/CE retail operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Industrial Design, Visual Merchandising, or Business is advantageous.
• Demonstrated experience managing POP programs and fixture design projects from initial brief through in-store installation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
• Experience with planogram software, web-based retail management systems, or CMMS platforms is preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-million-dollar budgets and process purchase orders using SAP.
• Strong communication skills for presenting visual concepts to retail partners and senior stakeholders.
• Must be able to work on-site in Plano, TX, including some evenings and weekends as needed.
