Senior Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Support the design, construction, commissioning, and startup of production systems at new factory sites.
• Provide technical feedback on product processes and materials to mitigate risks and meet production timelines.
• Perform hands-on maintenance, installation, and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, robotics, and torque tools.
• Act as a first responder to manage machine breakdown recoveries and minimize equipment downtime.
• Partner with engineering teams to improve equipment reliability and develop innovative solutions for manufacturing systems.
• Ensure the operational availability of automated conveyance technologies, control systems, and vision systems.

What we're looking for

• Must have 10+ years of experience setting up, integrating, and troubleshooting automated systems and/or torque tools.
• Experience in technology development for automated equipment, testing, and torque tools is required.
• Ability to work hands-on in a manufacturing environment to understand and optimize production systems.
• Experience working in a startup or fast-paced environment with rapidly changing demands.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access requirements for export-controlled information or facilities.
• Preferred experience working with engineering partners or contractors to build, improve, or modify automated production systems.
• Preferred knowledge of lean manufacturing and linear flow principles in a production environment.
• Preferred hands-on experience with leading automated torque tool makers and high volume coating, dispensing, and inspection.
