Senior Logistics Technician

What you'll do

• Prioritize and assign ticketed work to technicians while resolving escalations and clearing blockers for inventory activities.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics by coordinating with vendors, stakeholders, and third-party warehouses to ensure timely deliveries.
• Oversee the decommissioning and destruction of data bearing devices (DBD) in compliance with security protocols and SLAs.
• Manage the fleet program including vehicle maintenance, equipment tracking, and fulfilling transportation requests for internal teams.
• Maintain accurate inventory balances by performing space optimization, forecasting, and auditing stock levels.
• Act as a subject matter expert for warranty processes, managing Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMA) and manual part ordering.
• Lead safety initiatives by conducting daily huddles, inspecting equipment, and training staff on hazardous material handling.
• Execute procurement tasks including purchase order quality control, vendor management, and auditing on-site supplies.

What we're looking for

• Must have a High School Diploma.
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse, supply chain, inventory management, or a related field within an IT environment.
• Must be able to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check every two years.
• Must provide verification of citizenship via a valid passport due to legal restrictions for government agency customers.
• Preferred: 4+ years of experience in IT logistics and operating heavy-load movement equipment like forklifts or pallet jacks.
