What you'll do

Lead technical strategy and solution design for scalable and secure supply chain services.
Design, build, and maintain high-performing APIs and reusable components for order flow and inventory processes.
Improve system reliability, performance, scalability, and security across test and production environments.
Build and improve automated tests, CI/CD practices, and deployment procedures to increase delivery confidence.
Analyze defects and system performance bottlenecks to prevent recurrence and improve overall stability.
Lead design and code reviews to ensure maintainability and operational readiness of feature code.
Participate in 24x7 on-call support and incident resolution for complex production issues.
Mentor engineers on technical activities and provide specific feedback during the interview process.

What we're looking for

6+ years of professional software engineering experience in a relevant practice area.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong knowledge of Java and the Java Spring Boot framework.
Experience with RESTful services, event-driven applications, and Kafka or similar event-streaming platforms.
Experience with AWS or GCP services and cloud-native application development.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, automated testing, and agile delivery practices.
Experience with Python, React, JavaScript, or C# (preferred).
Prior experience with Supply Chain domain or any Warehouse Management System (preferred).
