What we're looking for
12+ years of experience in Program Management, PMO, data center infrastructure, telecommunications, or critical infrastructure operations.
5+ years leading large-scale, cross-functional programs with complex technical and construction dependencies.
Experience delivering infrastructure programs exceeding $100M in capital scope or supporting campus-scale deployments.
Demonstrated experience establishing program governance, integrated planning, risk management, and executive reporting.
Proven ability to drive execution and organizational alignment without direct management authority.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Technology, Construction Management, Business, or a related technical field (preferred).
MBA or advanced technical degree (preferred).
PMP certification, PMI-RMP, PgMP, Agile, ITIL, or comparable credentials; BICSI RCDD or DCDC certifications (preferred).
