Senior Lead Wiring Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement the entire power and signal distribution system for vehicle programs.
• Oversee design rework, ICDe integration, and the release of key prototype deliverables.
• Manage supplier technical reviews, costs, quality, and manufacturing requirements for the wiring systems.
• Conduct complex design analysis and develop engineering designs for subsystems and advanced technologies.
• Lead benchmarking analyses to support innovation, trade-offs, and cost-benefit evaluations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables and timelines are met.
• Provide technical leadership and solutions for current and new major vehicle programs.
• Support pre-production build events including both physical and virtual assembly builds.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, Chemistry, or Physics.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional engineering experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of engineering experience in Power Signal or Wire harness packaging.
• Ability to legally operate a motor vehicle and successfully complete a Motor Vehicle Report review.
• Mastery of engineering theory and principles regarding the operation of mechanical/electrical mechanisms.
• High level analytical ability to solve unusual and complex problems.
• Proficiency with job-related engineering software and systems.
• Master's Degree (preferred); Experience Leading a Release Execution Team (preferred); Program Management Skills (preferred).
