What you'll do

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex full-stack initiatives from initial concept through production launch.
Define target architectures and drive roadmap-level technical decisions aligned with business priorities.
Architect and deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native microservices and APIs.
Lead the development of AI-driven capabilities and LLM-based services integrated into business workflows.
Establish and enforce engineering standards for coding, API guidelines, testing strategies, and documentation.
Own reliability outcomes by defining SLIs/SLOs and leading incident response and root cause analysis.
Drive CI/CD maturity using quality gates, canary deployments, and feature flags for zero-downtime releases.
Mentor engineers through technical coaching, architecture reviews, and feedback to cultivate technical excellence.

What we're looking for

Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts.
5+ years of applied experience in software engineering concepts.
7+ years of applied experience building production systems, including leading delivery of complex initiatives.
Expertise in designing and building microservices, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
Hands-on experience building and operationalizing cloud-native systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Hands-on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs), generative AI, and AI-assisted software development tools.
Advanced Java proficiency (preferred) and working knowledge of Python (preferred).
AWS cloud certification(s) (preferred).
