What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain production-quality cloud-native Java microservices.
Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions for flight service systems.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure predictable sprint outcomes.
Implement DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Communicate team status, risks, and dependencies to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues across development, test, and production environments.
Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration across engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field with 8+ years of experience, a Master's with 6+ years, or a Doctorate with 5+ years.
At least 5 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and reviewing Java applications.
At least 2 years of experience serving as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team in a large-scale environment.
Extensive experience with Web development tools including React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Extensive experience with Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Boot, and Linux systems.
Experience with unit testing tools like Junit and Mockito, as well as RESTful API, JSON, XML, and XSD.
Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust suitability determination.
U.S. citizenship is required.
