What you'll do

Write, test, debug, and maintain source code within an Agile/SAFe environment.
Develop containerized applications using Java, React, and modern front-end tools.
Execute unit and functional tests to ensure software quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both lab and operational environments.
Design and implement software solutions independently while coordinating with systems engineering and DevSecOps teams.
Integrate cloud-native capabilities into mission-critical, safety-critical flight service systems.
Utilize version control systems like Git to manage code and collaborate on development tasks.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with 2-4 years of experience, or a Master's degree with less than 2 years of experience.
Experience with Java programming language.
Experience with React and web development tools including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with Linux and version control systems such as Git or Subversion.
Knowledge of cloud-based systems, unit testing tools like Junit/Mockito, and AI-assisted software development tools.
Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable SF-85 Public Trust suitability determination.
US citizenship is required.
Experience with Agile/SAFe, RESTful APIs, Spring Framework, Python, Ansible, DevSecOps, or MongoDB (preferred).
