What you'll do

Design, develop, test, and maintain production-quality cloud-native Java microservices.
Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions for flight service systems.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove impediments to ensure predictable sprint outcomes.
Implement DevSecOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
Communicate team status, risks, and dependencies to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues across development, test, and production environments.
Mentor junior engineers and foster collaboration across engineering teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 4+ years of experience, or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
At least 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and reviewing Java applications.
At least 1 year of experience serving as a Scrum Master on a SAFe Agile team in a large-scale environment.
Significant experience with web development using React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience with unit testing tools such as Junit and Mockito.
Experience with Spring Framework, Spring Security, Spring Boot, RESTful API, JSON, XML, XSD, Linux, and version control systems like Git.
Ability to obtain an SF-85P Public Trust suitability determination.
U.S. citizenship is required.
