Senior HW Engineer, TPM

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end lab support for a major site and coordinate global lab alignment and resource sharing.
• Own lab strategy and roadmap-to-capacity planning for space, power, cooling, networks, and tooling.
• Manage AI and compute rack readiness including integration, power distribution, cabling, and burn-in scheduling.
• Lead new-site standups, expansions, and platform transitions including build plans and migration waves.
• Manage project scope, schedules, risks, budgets, and dependencies across lab programs.
• Own long-lead procurement for critical compute, network, power, and specialty equipment.
• Drive standardized lab operations for inventory, safety, security, documentation, and audit readiness.
• Establish repeatable operating models including standard procedures, intake workflows, and rack templates.

What we're looking for

• Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 3+ years technical engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 5+ years technical engineering experience.
• Equivalent experience to the required degrees and years of experience.
• Ability to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check.
• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field and 8+ years technical engineering experience (preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in engineering, product or technical program management, data analysis, or product development (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects (preferred).
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, network equipment, and compute hardware (preferred).
