What you'll do

Lead the design, implementation, and validation of complex space-grade hardware electronics for payload antenna systems.
Manage, develop, and grow a team of engineers to deliver high-quality results.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocations.
Create processes and mechanisms to ensure efficient execution on organizational priorities.
Lead technical trade-offs in PCB development, digital electronics, high-speed serial interfaces, and reliability.
Oversee the hardware development process for advanced antenna systems in space applications.
Ensure system integrity and performance through coordination with cross-functional teams.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
7+ years of industrial experience in board level analog/digital design with large ASICs.
3+ years of experience in both a technical leading role and a management position.
5+ years of experience in high-speed digital design, multi-gigabit SERDES, signal and power integrity.
5+ years of experience using lab equipment including oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multi-meters.
Experience with advanced CAD tools.
Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
Experience with space applications, NPI processes, analog fundamentals, power supply design, and prototype to manufacturing debugging (preferred).
Must be a U.S. citizen, national, permanent resident, or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum for export control.
