As a Senior Hardware Security Engineer within the Systems Planning and Architecture team, you will contribute to the development of cloud infrastructure. What you'll do

Architect security infrastructure for core AI technologies based on throughput and latency requirements.
Develop AI agents to perform security analysis of code and architecture.
Conduct threat model analysis for platform components and their interactions.
Translate complex business requirements and fleet telemetry into actionable technical problem statements.
Manage infrastructure architecture from the silicon level through to full platform deployment.
Perform secure silicon design, manufacturing oversight, and supply chain security validation.
Debug and resolve complex issues spanning multiple hardware subsystems.

What we're looking for

Master's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.
Ability to pass Microsoft Cloud background checks every two years.
Doctorate and 3+ years experience, Master's and 6+ years, or Bachelor's and 8+ years (preferred).
10+ years of professional experience in architecture, design, and validation of SOC internal blocks (preferred).
Proficiency in System Verilog, Synthesis tools, UVM, C, Python, and knowledge of Rust (preferred).
Familiarity with PCIe architecture and server architectures (preferred).
Ability to debug issues across multiple subsystems and transition between architecture, design, and validation.
Strong problem solving, debugging, troubleshooting, and advanced design skills.
