JOB TITLE: Senior Security Architect - Hardware NVIDIA is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead the definition, design, and implementation of Hardware Root of Trust architecture for pioneering SoCs and GPUs. You will collaborate with internal hardware, software, research, and marketing teams, as well as external partners, to develop a long-term roadmap for flexible security solutions across automotive, gaming, and server platforms. Candidates must possess experience in ASIC design, SoC architecture, and programming in C/C++, Verilog, ARM assembly, and Python/Perl. What you'll do

Define and guide the implementation of HW Root of Trust architecture for SoCs and GPUs.
Develop a long-term roadmap for flexible HW Root of Trust solutions across various product platforms.
Research, design, and develop architecture solutions that meet internal and external security standards.
Review architectural, microarchitectural, and verification specifications to ensure IP alignment with security requirements.
Identify and address security issues and threats in coordination with customers and external partners.
Implement security features including secure boot, measured boot, and cryptography standards.
Perform security threat modeling and penetration testing to mitigate physical and side-channel attacks.

What we're looking for

BS, MS, PhD (or equivalent experience) in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
8+ years of meaningful relevant work or research experience.
Experience with the ASIC design process and architecture of large SoCs or GPUs.
Programming and debugging fundamentals in C/C++, Verilog, ARM assembly, and Python/Perl scripting.
Experience with SoC security architecture including secure boot, measured boot, and HW root of trust.
Experience with ARM or RISCV CPU architectures and related security functionality.
Experience with cryptography algorithms, standards, implementation, and application.
Experience with security mitigations against physical attacks, including fault injection and side channel attacks.
