Senior GTM Insights Automation Manager

What you'll do

• Build automated reporting systems and data pipelines using tools like BigQuery, Matik, Clay, and Gong.
• Design and develop robust data models to support Go-To-Market strategy objectives.
• Translate sales and business requirements into actionable technical insights and reports.
• Establish governance standards and "recipes" for consistent tool usage across the organization.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to ensure the integrity of the data foundation.
• Proactively advocate for and implement new technologies to enhance the company's data platform.

What we're looking for

• Must be based within a commutable distance of Los Angeles, San Francisco, Chicago, or New York.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, data science, data engineering, or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases to write complex, performant queries and optimize them.
• Proficiency in at least one scripting language like Python or Go for building data pipelines and automation.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical problem-solving skills to diagnose root causes and evaluate tradeoffs.
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguity and structure complex problems into solutions for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in digital advertising (preferred).
• Experience with sales tools, workflow automation, or AI-enabled ways of working (preferred).
