AI & Automation Partner, GTM

What you'll do

• Build and ship production GenAI agents and automated workflows on Google Cloud Platform.
• Translate specific GTM problems into technical solutions by designing prompts and integrating with the existing tech stack via APIs.
• Develop internal tools to automate administrative tasks for Pre-Sales and Post-Sales teams.
• Partner with frontline sales and customer success representatives to co-design and iterate on production systems.
• Contribute to shared AI developer infrastructure, including skill libraries, prompt frameworks, and reusable components.
• Identify operational friction points and measure the success of technical solutions based on business outcomes.

What we're looking for

• Must have 2+ years of experience building production software, data, or AI systems in a GTM, RevOps, or analytics engineering function.
• Must have hands-on experience deploying LLM-powered applications including prompt engineering and evaluation.
• Must be proficient in Python and SQL.
• Must have working knowledge of REST APIs and Salesforce APIs (SFDC).
• Must have experience with Google Cloud Platform tools including BigQuery, Cloud Functions, Compute Engine, Secret Manager, and Terraform.
• Must be familiar with modern data stack tooling such as DBT and Fivetran.
• Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills to partner with non-technical stakeholders.
• Must demonstrate the ability to scope ambiguous business problems and deliver high-impact solutions quickly.
