Senior GenAI Developer

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy production-ready AI applications using generative AI models, deep learning, and neural networks.
• Build conversational AI solutions and automated workflows for document intelligence and business insights using LLMs.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions including document ingestion, chunking, and embedding generation.
• Design and implement multi-agent workflows using frameworks like LangGraph and MCP-based architectures.
• Integrate AI agents with enterprise systems, databases, APIs, and internal data services.
• Develop microservices and APIs using Python and deploy scalable containerized applications on OpenShift.
• Build automated CI/CD pipelines and improve platform reliability, observability, and monitoring.
• Create testing frameworks to measure AI response quality and ensure compliance with responsible AI practices.

What we're looking for

• Must have an Associate's Degree.
• Must have at least 10 years of IT work experience.
• Must have at least 7 years of software development experience.
• Must have at least 3 years of hands-on experience with Python Development, Generative AI, and Large Language Models.
• Must have expert proficiency in Agentic Design.
• Must be willing to be onsite up to 4 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Plano, TX, or Jersey City, NJ.
• Experience in RAG architectures, Prompt engineering, Embeddings, vector search, Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, or LangGraph (preferred).
