Senior AI Developer

What you'll do

• Design, build, and ship enterprise-grade AI agents and applications using Vertex AI, Anthropic, and other cloud-based services.
• Translate complex business problems into technical requirements by working directly with stakeholders to define actionable use cases.
• Manage the full development lifecycle including coding, testing, deployment, and iterative performance improvements for AI solutions.
• Integrate AI agents with internal tools, APIs, and enterprise systems to create seamless automated workflows.
• Monitor production AI solutions to investigate issues, improve performance, and refine user experience based on metrics.
• Establish team-wide standards for AI development, including coding patterns, observability, and governance protocols.
• Provide knowledge transfer and mentoring to help colleagues effectively utilize AI tools and patterns.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of senior-level software development experience.
• 2+ years of experience focused on AI development in an enterprise environment.
• Strong programming skills in languages used for AI and cloud development such as Python or Java.
• Hands-on experience building applications with generative AI platforms like Vertex AI, Anthropic, and related SDKs/ADKs.
• Experience using agentic frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex to build and deploy LLM-powered applications.
• Experience implementing RAG architectures using vector databases like Vertex AI Vector Search, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Advanced prompt engineering skills to design, test, and optimize prompts for specific outcomes.
• Experience building internal tools for a corporate team rather than just external products (preferred).
