JOB TITLE: Gen AI Developer/Lead The Gen AI Developer/Lead joins the team to design and deliver advanced analytics and AI-driven solutions for global investment banking and brokerage operations. This role involves building predictive, classification, and risk models while developing enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions. You will build Retrieval-Augmented Generation applications, intelligent agent-based systems, and scalable backend services. Key technologies include Python, PySpark, Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, LangChain, LangGraph, FastAPI, and Azure Databricks. You will also manage data pipelines, MLOps, and model governance. The work focuses on transforming complex financial data into actionable insights to improve decision-making, reduce operational risk, and enhance efficiency across trade surveillance, reporting, compliance, and advisory functions while ensuring responsible AI practices and regulatory adherence.

What you'll do

  • Design and deploy advanced machine learning models using Python and PySpark to analyze large-scale financial datasets.
  • Build and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI solutions and RAG applications using Azure OpenAI Service.
  • Develop intelligent agent-based systems using LangChain, LangGraph, and Agentic AI frameworks to automate workflows.
  • Create scalable backend services and microservices using FastAPI to integrate AI capabilities into enterprise ecosystems.
  • Build and manage scalable data pipelines and MLOps workflows using Azure Machine Learning and Databricks.
  • Implement model monitoring, retraining strategies, and experiment tracking to ensure production-ready AI solutions.
  • Ensure responsible AI adoption by evaluating model fairness, explainability, security, and regulatory compliance.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, AI Engineering, or related fields.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and PySpark for large-scale data processing and model development.
  • Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, RAG architectures, Agentic AI frameworks, and LLM application development.
  • Strong expertise in Azure Machine Learning, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Lake, and MLOps.
  • Experience developing and deploying enterprise-grade AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
  • Proficiency in FastAPI, REST APIs, microservices architecture, and object-oriented programming.
  • Experience supporting investment banking, capital markets, brokerage operations, trade surveillance, or risk management.
  • Experience with vector databases, Docker, Kubernetes, or Azure certifications (preferred).
