The Senior AI System Architect joins the Accenture Flex team to lead the end-to-end architecture of an enterprise-level Generative AI platform. What you'll do

Define and evolve the end-to-end architecture for the enterprise Gen AI platform.
Design scalable, resilient, and secure AI solutions using LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows.
Establish reference architectures, technical standards, and best practices for the AI ecosystem.
Architect data ingestion strategies for structured and unstructured data across various enterprise repositories.
Lead architecture for OpenShift-based deployments, containerized workloads, and CI/CD pipelines.
Ensure all AI solutions comply with enterprise security standards and regulatory requirements.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to architects, engineers, and data science teams.
Translate business stakeholder objectives into technical solutions and platform investment decisions.

What we're looking for

Must have an Associate's Degree.
Minimum 10 years of software architecture and enterprise platform engineering experience.
Minimum 5 years of Python development experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience designing AI, ML, GenAI, or advanced analytics platforms.
Must be willing to be onsite up to 4 days per week in Charlotte, NC, Jersey City, NJ, or Plano, TX.
Must be able to travel 5 days per quarter.
Deep understanding of Generative AI, LLM architectures, RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, and vector databases (preferred).
