What we're looking for

Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or equivalent experience.
8+ years of hands-on experience in technical AI roles with a focus on Generative AI.
Expertise in deploying and optimizing LLM models for inference using advanced engines like vLLM, TRT-LLM, SGLang.
Proficiency in training and fine-tuning LLMs using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face Transformers.
Solid understanding of GPU cluster architecture and parallel processing techniques for accelerated model training and inference.
Experience with DevOps tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab, Linux Command Line, Shell scripts.
Excellent communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
