What you'll do

Define, design, verify, and document FPGA developments including architecture and system simulation.
Define module interfaces and manage all aspects of device design and simulation.
Evaluate process flows including high-level design, synthesis, placement, routing, timing, and power utilization.
Create test and simulation plans to establish functional criteria and analyze performance results.
Develop technical engineering products using standard tools and procedures throughout the development lifecycle.
Lead research and analysis of customer proposals and specifications to determine design feasibility.
Select components and equipment based on detailed analysis of specifications and reliability.
Provide leadership, direction, and oversight for small teams and major programs.

What we're looking for

U.S. citizenship is required.
Ability to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or a related STEM field, and 8+ years of job-related experience are required.
A Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience is an acceptable alternative for education requirements.
Very experienced with Microchip Polarfire FPGAs.
Very experienced in utilizing UVM (Universal Verification Methodology) for FPGA verification.
Very experienced using SystemVerilog for FPGA development.
Agile experience preferred.
