Senior Field Engineer, ECH SME

What you'll do

• Perform system configuration for all assigned ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
• Conduct site verification testing prior to cutting a site into a production environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Provide technical support to customers and channel partners during the production deployment of ECH solutions.
• Document all changes to the solution, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
• Develop and approve Methods of Procedure (MOP) for cloud migrations and system upgrades.
• Participate in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations as required.
• Maintain subject matter expertise in emerging cloud-native public safety technologies.

What we're looking for

• High School diploma, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Technology.
• Must have 5+ years of experience working in an Engineering or Technical environment.
• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain necessary security clearance as required by government contract.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Must possess or be eligible for a US passport for international travel up to 75%.
• Experience with Cloud-based application troubleshooting, including connectivity, latency analysis, and identity management (SSO/Active Directory).
• Experience with installation, administration, and troubleshooting of Server Virtualization, Database Servers, and various Server/Workstation Operating Systems.
• Experience with telephony, ACD call routing, SIP interfaces, and Cisco switch configurations (preferred).
