What you'll do

  • Configure on-premise and cloud-hosted Emergency Call Handling (ECH) solutions based on specific site designs.
  • Perform site verification testing before transitioning systems into production environments.
  • Troubleshoot connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments.
  • Provide technical support to customers and channel partners during the deployment of ECH solutions.
  • Document all system changes, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations.
  • Resolve installation and quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Develop and approve Methods of Procedure (MOP) for cloud migrations and system upgrades.
  • Participate in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations as required.

What we're looking for

  • High School diploma, G.E.D., Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
  • Ability to travel more than 75% of the time.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology (preferred).
  • Experience with deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems (preferred).
  • Experience with Cloud Platforms, troubleshooting, and relevant certifications like AWS or Azure (preferred).
  • CompTIA Network+ and Security+ certifications.
  • Experience with server virtualization, database servers, operating systems, and networking hardware (preferred).
