Field Engineer, Emergency Call Handling

What you'll do

• Perform system configuration for all assigned ECH solutions, including hybrid cloud and SaaS-based applications.
• Conduct site verification testing prior to moving a site into a production environment.
• Configure and troubleshoot connectivity between local site infrastructure and cloud-hosted application environments.
• Provide technical support to customers and channel partners during the production deployment of ECH solutions.
• Document all solution changes, including cloud tenant configurations and API integrations, during the implementation phase.
• Resolve installation and quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
• Develop and approve Methods of Procedure (MOP) for cloud migrations and system upgrades.
• Participate in pre-contract oral presentations and customer negotiations as required.

What we're looking for

• High School diploma, G.E.D., Associate's, or Bachelor's degree.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
• Ability to travel in excess of 75% of the time.
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT, Software Engineering, or Technology (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in deployment and integration of complex IP products and systems (preferred).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (Azure, AWS, or Private Cloud) and troubleshooting connectivity, latency, and identity management (preferred).
• Experience with Server Virtualization, Database Servers, Server/Workstation Operating Systems, and Network Switches (preferred).
• Relevant Cloud Certifications or CompTIA Network+ and Security+ (preferred).
