As a Senior Leadership Recruiter, Hardware, you will join the Hardware Platform recruiting team to manage leadership talent acquisition during a period of rapid scaling. You will serve as a strategic talent advisor to C-suite executives, founders, and engineering VPs to define organizational design and execute high-level searches for Director, VP, and Principal roles across Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, and Manufacturing Engineering disciplines. Your daily responsibilities include performing market mapping, conducting competitor analysis, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle including complex equity and compensation negotiations. You will engage passive talent through advanced sourcing and networking to build a world-class team. The role requires expertise in hardware, aerospace, robotics, or manufacturing engineering domains.
