Senior Events Manager

What you'll do

• Develop and execute event marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive measurable business growth.
• Manage the annual event calendar and oversee the execution of over 15 multi-tier events annually.
• Create sales enablement frameworks that connect event engagement directly to lead generation and pipeline targets.
• Negotiate large-scale contracts and manage multi-million-dollar budgets for the entire event portfolio.
• Design high-impact experiences such as executive dinners, private roundtables, and VIP activations for priority accounts.
• Analyze post-event data to measure ROI and provide evidence-based recommendations for future investment.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for Marketing Efficiency AI objectives and mentor new team members.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across marketing, sales, product, and customer success to align event goals with business objectives.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree is required.
• Candidates must have at least 8 years of experience in corporate or association event management and trade shows.
• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
• Experience in the financial services and fintech landscape is ideal.
• Proven experience partnering with Sales and Executive Leadership to align event strategy with pipeline objectives and revenue goals.
• Proven track record of integrating event analytics with sales outcomes to showcase business impact.
• Expertise in contract negotiation, vendor management, and multi-million-dollar budget oversight.
• Ability to travel approximately 20% for onsite setup, team supervision, and event management.
